Print Documents (Agent User)

Overview of the Print Documents Action

• Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC) gives agent users the ability to print bond forms at various lifecycles and actions performed on a bond. 

Accessing Print Documents

• Navigate to the desired bond and click on the Print Documents tab.

• If documents have not been configured to be generated at the current or previous actions on the bond, there will be no options in the drop down.

• The agent user will be given two options.

  • Current documents will display the current document set for the last action that generated documents performed on the bond.

  • Past Documents displays all the documents generated by previous actions taken on the bond.  Click the document icon to view/print the document.

Internet Browser Notes

• Different internet browsers will open documents differently.  Chrome and Edge will open a new tab in the browser.  Firefox and Internet Explorer will open the documents within a separate window. 

• All browsers will ask for permission to open a new window or tab.

  • Please make sure permission is given to the browser or the document may not open.
