Maintaining Application Questions for a Bond
Overview of Application Questions
A user can assign certain groupings of questions and rules to a bond configuration. These groupings of questions and rule are called applications. There are five types of applications: Bond, Account, Category, Class, and Root.
Accessing Account Applications
Select Maintain Applications.

Adding Questions to an Application
Select Maintain Applications /[Choose the Application Type]/[Choose the Application]/Questions to add questions to an application. Refer to Question Groups - Creating and Editing details about creating questions.
The Assign Question screen will appear. Select Choose Questions to add a question to the bond application click on

Select the Question Group where the question(s) is to be applied.
Once a question group is selected the question group’s questions will appear in the table below.

Click in the Is Selected column of the question to apply a question to the application. This will display a check box. To have the question asked on the application, check the box.
Users can also use the Select All and Deselect All buttons above the table for the user’s convenience.
The Select All and Deselect All buttons only affect the questions on the current page.

Questions that are being asked on the bond application are mark as true while questions that are not being asked are false.
Select Save to confirm the actions taken or Cancel to remove any changes made since opening the Choose Questions menu or since the last save (whichever came later).

The Assign Questions screen will re-load with all the questions applied to the bond application. These will be sorted by question groups. To view the questions for a question group, click on the left side node next to the Question Group Name.

Editing a Question
On the Assign Questions screen, users can change the default value for the Required and Life Cycle columns to meet the specific need for this bond configuration.
The user can also drag and drop the questions within the question group to rearrange the questions’ field order. To do this, click to the right of the Field Order value and drop the item on top of the question the selected question would be above.
Users can also edit the values for Field Order, Indexable, Indexable Text, Optional, and Optional Text for question groups.
Make sure to select Save to confirm the actions taken or Cancel to remove any changes made since opening page or since the last save (whichever came later).

Removing a Question
Select Choose Questions and select the question group the question belongs to.
Click on the Is Selected column for the question, and uncheck the box to remove a question currently applied to a bond application.
Make sure to select Save to confirm the actions taken or Cancel to remove any changes made since opening page or since the last save (whichever came later).
The application will be removed from the bond configuration.
