Trans Union Provider Setup
Follow the steps provided to setup a TransUnion Credit Provider.
This guide assumes that you have previously provided a TransUnion TUNA certificate to Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC) to be uploaded for your instance.
Setup Trans Union Credit Report
Select Setup/Personal Credit Reporting.
Select Trans Union from the dropdown
Click the Add new configuration button.

Fill out the information below according to the directions provided:
Description
This will be the referenced name for the provider in TSC.
Username
This is the customer's member code provided by TransUnion.
Password
This is the customer's member code's password provided by TransUnion.
System ID
This is the System ID used to create the user's TUNA certificate.
System Password
This is the password used for the System ID.
Inquiry Subscriber Prefix Code
This is provided by TransUnion.
Thumbprint
The Thumbprint is derived from the certificate provided to TSC and can be provided to a client on request.
Score Model Code
To be provided by TransUnion based on customer’s need.
Bankruptcy Count Code
To be provided by TransUnion based on customer’s need.
Bankruptcy Score Code
To be provided by TransUnion based on customer’s need.
Fico 95 Code
To be provided by TransUnion based on customer’s need.
Test URL
Use the following URL : https://netaccess-test.transunion.com.
Production URL
Use the following URL: https://netaccess.transunion.com.
Is Test
Indicates whether to use the Test URL or Live URL provided above. This should be checked for test configurations.
Capture Debug Info
This allows TSC to troubleshoot any issues with the TransUnion Setup. Should only be enabled upon a Support Team member’s request.
System File
Defines the XML that will used in the request. The XML template can be provided by TSC or TransUnion.
Edit Trans Union Credit Report
Select the Edit link to the right of the Experian line item.
Makes changes and Submit to save.
