Overview of the System File Records

• The System Files area inside Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC) contains important technical and/or legal documents are stored.

• This area has multiple uses.

  • It is conjunction with support for special projects.

    • A primary example of this would be setting up an XML file to facilitate the transfer of credit data from a credit provider such as TransUnion.

• This section is for Amin users only.

Creating a new System File Record

• Select Reference Tables/Templates/System Files.

• Click the Create link at the bottom left of the screen.

• Add a Description.

• Upload a file/document

  • The file can be of any type but is usually an XML file to facilitate credit data transfer from the provider to the Surety.

  • Once the file has been selected, wait until the there is a Done with a check mark.

• Click the Submit button to save changes.

• Click the Back to List to return to the previous screen or to cancel changes.

Editing a System File Record

• Click the Edit link beside the record you want to edit.

• The file contained inside the record can be downloaded, and edited.

  • You may download the edited file by selecting the Download link on the record.

  • You may upload the edited file by selecting the Upload link on the record.

• Make your changes.

• Click the Submit button to save changes.

• Click the Back to List to return to the previous screen or to cancel changes.

Inactivating System File Records

• Select the Inactivate link for the System File records you wish to disable.

• You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your action.

Reactivating System File Records

• Select the Recover Inactive Records link at the bottom of the page.

• Click the Reactivate link for the System File records you wish to reactivate.

• You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your action.
