Managing Questions asked from all Applications

Overview of Managing Questions

  • A user can assign certain groupings of questions and rules to a bond configuration.  These groupings of questions and rules are called applications.  There are five types of applications: Bond, Account, Category, Class, and Root.

Accessing all Questions

  • Select Maintain Bond/Manage Applications. to view all questions being asked on a specific bond configuration, which come from all applied applications while maintaining a bond.

  • Scroll down to the Questions asked from all Applications section.

  • This section will include rows for all question groups being asked on all life cycle events.

    • Each row will give the information for the question group including if the question group is indexable, optional, and the optional text.

  • Click on the triangle node on the left of the question group to view the specific questions from the question groups.

  • When the question group is opened, rows with each question for the question group will appear.  This will include the question’s field name, which is to be used as the name of the overlay field on a PDF document.  It will also include the question text, the application from which this question is being applied to the bond configuration, if the question is required, and the life cycles for which it will be asked.
