Log Viewer

Overview of Log Viewer

• Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC) is equipped with a log viewer for documenting errors and information of actions that occur within the system.  Though this is usually of more use to TSC Support and Development personnel, customers can also use the Log Viewer.

Accessing the Log Viewer

• Select System Tables/Log Viewer.

Log Levels

• The Level column of the log of displays a label that will quickly identify the importance and type of log message. 

  • You may also use the filter to limit your view.

Debug

Logs that document how the underlying programming is working. These are often only readable by TSC developers.

Error

• Caught errors that are handled by the system before they can cause a system crash.

Warn

• Irregular operation of the system.

Fatal

• Uncaught errors that cause a fatal crash of the system.

Info

• Normal user activities such as logging in successfully.

Log Details

• Select the Details link to view additional details.

  • The details window contains useful information for TSC Development personnel who are trying to debug the application.
