Setup Experian Credit Report

• Select Setup/Personal Credit Reporting.

• Select Experian from the dropdown

• Click the Add new configuration button.

• Complete the information below according to the directions provided.

Description

This will be the referenced name for the provider in Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC).

Username

This will be the client’s Experian Username.

Password

This will be the client’s Experian Password.

Use the following for a Test environment:

The client’s subcode is provided by Experian.

If the credentials entered are for a test environment check this box. This controls the URL where the request is made.

Capture Debug Info

This allows TSC to troubleshoot any issues with the Experian Setup. Should only be enabled upon a Support Team member’s request.

System File

Defines the XML that will be used in the request. Usually, the Experian Template provided in the system will be used. However, there are circumstances where it may be necessary to have an XML template provided by TSC or Experian.

• Select the Edit link to the right of the Experian line item.

• Makes changes and Submit to save.
