Exit Account (Systems Administrator)

Overview of Exit Account

• The system locks an account to only one user at a time. A user must Exit Account to unlock the account for other users.  If a user does not Exit Account, but closes the browser, the account will still be locked. It will be viewable, but no actions will be able to be performed.

Exiting an Account

• Select Exit Account to exit the account screen from the Account Menu.

  • The user will be taken back to the Home Screen.
