Excel Template Records

Overview of Excel Template Records

  • Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC) provides a customizable way of generating Work In Progress, Company Financials, Personal Financials, and Account Profile Excel spreadsheets.  

  • This feature is restricted to Admin users.

Creating new Excel Template Records

  • Select Reference Tables/Templates/Commercial Documents.

  • Click the Create link at the bottom left of the screen.

  • The Is Default* checkbox indicates the Excel file within this new record will be the first template that is loaded in the Excel report viewer.

  • Once the file has been selected, wait until the there is a Done with a check mark.

  • Click the Submit button to save changes.

  • Click the Back to List to return to the previous screen or to cancel changes.

Editing Excel Template Records

  • Click the Edit link beside the record you want to edit.

  • The Excel file contained inside the record can be downloaded, and edited using a spreadsheet program.

    • You may download the edited file by selecting the Download link on the record.

    • You may upload the edited file by selecting the Upload link on the record.

  • Make your changes.

  • Click the Submit button to save changes.

  • Click the Back to List to return to the previous screen or to cancel changes.

Inactivating Excel Templates

  • Select the Inactivate link for the Excel template you wish to disable.

  • You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your action.

Reactivating Excel Templates

  • Select the Recover Inactive Records link at the bottom of the page.

  • Click the Reactivate link for the Excel template you wish to reactivate.

  • You will be prompted to confirm or cancel your action.
