Editing Contract Document Templates
Overview of Contract Document Templates
In Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers (TSC), documents can be assigned to Bond Configurations to be generated at various bond actions. Once a PDF has been formatted with the proper overlay fields, it can be uploaded to TSC. This article shows how to add a Contract Document Template to the TSC system.
You must have a formatted Document Template PDF to upload to complete this task.
Editing a Contract Document Template
Select Reference Tables/Templates/Contract Documents.
Click the Edit link beside the document you want to edit.

Most fields will be pre-filled with the information used to create the template.
Exception: Upload Template File will not be pre-filled. You can upload a new document to update the record. It does contain a pdf attachment.
This action will cause the record's Version number to show an increment of one on the screen.
Entering new information into the text/drop down boxes is considered editing, but not a 'Version' update
When the PDF file that is being uploaded had not been downloaded from this same record previously, a pop up dialogue box will appear warning that the file being uploaded is different than the file that was last downloaded.
Once the file has been selected, wait until the there is a Done with a check mark.
Click the Submit button to save changes.
Click the Back to List to return to the previous screen or to cancel changes.
