Creating, Editing, and Copying Bond Applications
Overview of Account Defaults for a Bond
A user can assign certain groupings of questions and rules to a bond configuration. These groupings of questions and rules are called applications. There are five types of applications: Bond, Root, Class, Category, and Account applications.
Creating and Editing an Application
Select Maintain Applications/[Choose the Application Type].
Select the Add New Item. A new row will appear.
Enter the name and description for the application by click on the Name. This will display an editable field.
Edit other fields by clicking into the field.
Click on the Save Changes button at the top of the table.
Remove all the changes made since entering Maintain Applications or since your last save (whichever was done last), using the Cancel Changes button.

Copying an Application
Select the Copy Application link as shown above.
This will produce a new row with the newly created application.
This will copy all the questions and rules applied to the original application.
The name will contain Copy at the beginning of the newly created application’s name.
It is highly recommended to edit the application’s name after copying the application to avoid confusion.
Select the Save Changes button.
Remove all the changes made since entering ‘Maintain Applications’ or since your last save (whichever was done last), by clicking on the Cancel Changes button.
