Account History (System Administrator)

Overview of Account History

• Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers gives agent users the ability to view the history of all actions taken on an account. 

Accessing Account History

• Search your account using the search bar at the top of the screen.

• Select History from the Account Menu.​

  • A quick view of recent events will be displayed.

Detailed Account History

• Select the item you wish to further explore to see more details.

• ​To view the full account history,

• Select the History Detail option from the menu to view a full account history.

• The Select option will direct the user to the historical record for that action.
