Account History (Agent User)

Overview of Account History

Tinubu Surety Solution for Carriers gives agent users the ability to view the history of all actions taken on an account. 

Accessing Account History

• Search your account using the search bar at the top of the screen.

• Select History from the Account Menu.​

  • A quick view of recent events will be displayed.

Detailed Account History

• Select the item you wish to further explore to see more details.

• ​To view the full account history,

• Select the History Detail option from the menu to view a full account history.

• The Select option will direct the user to the historical record for that action.
