Tinubu Surety For Carriers

Version 7.0.230

Features

ADMIN-406 – Last Logged in Agency Saved when Logging in with SSO

  1. When an agent switches to a linked agency, and the user logs out, the new agency should remain at the next login. This is currently happening when logging in manually, however with SSO (Single Sign On), the agent would be logged in and only associated with the ‘master’ agency. The functionality has been updated to save the previous logged-in agency on SSO logins.

CORE-455 – Performance Improvement Rating and Rule Decision Engine

  1. The system performance has been enhanced for the rating engine and underwriting rule decision engine to have quicker load times for the pages using these processes.

UW-29 – Enhancement of User Home Page

  1. The home page for underwriters is being enhanced to bring more tools to their user experience.  The splash page is being re-done to have links to the My Accounts page (for responsible underwriters only).  A new page is also being added for My Pending Business and links to the most used queues.

UW-21 – My Accounts Button to Home Page

  1. A new button has been added to the home page for My Accounts.  This will only appear for users who are the assigned underwriter for accounts.  For other users, there will be no change.  The button will also be only displayed for underwriters if the HomePageAccountDisplay setting is configured to True.

UW-22 – My Accounts Grid Moved to Individual Page Behind Button

UW-412 – Bond Action to Approve a Rejected Renewal Application

  1. For renewal applications that are rejected, a new action is available for admin or CSR user roles to be able to approve renewal applications manually after the rejection occurs.  This will be consistent with new bond applications that are rejected.  This is a way for carriers  to make an exception to a rejection rule.

  2. The action will only be available if the rejection was the last action taken on the bond.  The action is only visible when viewing the rejected renewal action.  The user will first need to navigate to the rejection action in the bond history.

Fixes

ADMIN-419 – Previous Agencies Not Showing on ‘Updating Agency List’

  1. When removing an agency and clicking assign agencies, that removed agency does not appear in the selection list. The linked agent was not being reactivated properly, so this will be addressed and allow the agency to appear in the selection.

CORE-378 – Fix for Commission Prorated Amounts in TransSync Premium Tiers

  1. When a bond has a prorated rider or cancellation, the commission amount reported in the TransSync Premium Tiers section has only been including the amount for the final segment of the proration, and not the total prorated value.  This has been corrected to deliver the full amount.

UW-413 – Fix for Push Changes to Account from a Referred New Bond Requote

  1. When requoting a bond and pushing any people and/or company changes to the account, the changes will not commit if the requote is referred.  The changes are stored and only pushed to the account if the requote is subsequently approved.

UW-415 – Fix for Credit Score Rules Across Multiple Applications

  1. When using multiple credit score rules across multiple applications, only the rule closest to the bond type would be enforced. This has been fixed to ensure all rules are being evaluated from all applications, regardless of having more than one of the same type of rule on different applications.
