For premium rate definitions, the variable combinations begin designated as ‘Not Set’ when first configuring the premium rate definition. However, once a variable combination is designated to use a particular rate, the variable combination cannot be set back to ‘Not Set’. This will allow the field to be designated back to ‘Not Set’ if needed.

  • The following adjustments are being made to the people and company grids:

    • For each grid, the search box will be right aligned on the page.

    • Person Name should be concatenated into a single column for display. The column’s format will be ‘Person Last Name, Person First Name + Person Middle Name’.

MAOB-55 – Update to Commission and Premium Rates Name to Allow 40 Characters

The commission rate name, premium rate name, and premium rate definition name fields have been updated to allow for 40 characters instead of the previous limit of 25 characters.

Fixes

FCC-741 – Adjustment to Maintenance Penalty Message

When adjusting the penalty (or contract amount) for a bond, a message appears to warn the user that the maintenance penalty may need to also be changed. This has been adjusted to display the message only for contract bonds and only when a maintenance premium is being applied to the bond type’s configuration.

FCC-812 – Fix for Billing Type Behavior for Renewals

When the current term of the bond’s billing type and the billing type designated to be the next renewal billing type are different from one another, the current term’s billing type would be used for the renewal, instead of the next renewal billing type designated. This is being corrected to use the appropriate billing type that had already been selected for the next renewal.

GRA-325 – Adjustment for GetBondByBondNumber API for Duplicate Bond Numbers

When there is more than one bond with the same bond number and bond user version, the GetBondByBondNumber API call will return the first bonds created with that number (and bond user version if being sent in the request). This is being modified to return the most recent bond issued with that bond number (and bond user version if sent in the request).

GRA-335/SKY-423/WEB-687 – Efficiency for Single Record Found in Search

When a performing a search in the Find Bond search option and a single record is found, the search results grid would still appear. This is being adjusted to direct the user to the bond without needing to view the search results grid.

RREX-379 – Correction to Commission Tooltip for Agencies

When viewing a bond in search queues, the tooltip displays the commission amount for the bond. When a bond is changed from one agent to another during the renewal application, the commission amount would show the current bond term’s commission amount. This is being modified to suppress the commission amount from the search results tooltip. In a subsequent release, the commission amount is planned to be re-added but having it sourced to the appropriate bond transaction in the context of the agency for the agent user viewing the record.

RREX-387 – Fix for Agent Approval Authority on Referred Renewals that Change Agency

When an agent user has been allowed approval authority, and a renewal application changes the agency on the bond to the agency for this agent; the agent is not able to approve the renewal application. This has been corrected to allow the agent to approve the renewal within the authority level given to the agent.
