Features

AVOB-279 – Yes/No Question Redesign

The Yes/No question input type has been redesigned across the application. The neutral position will be a black dot positioned in the middle of the slide bar. The ‘Yes’ position will be a green dot on the right of the slide bar. The ‘No’ position will be a red dot on the left of the slide bar.

FUEL-3864 – Addition of Approval Actions for Agents with Authority

Agent users who have been given ‘Underwriting Authority’ are allowed to approve bonds within their given authority level.

Once a bond is referred, the following bond actions (according to the lifecycle of the action) will be available for agent users with authority:

  • Approve New Bond Application

  • Edit Info for New Bond Application

• Renewal

SKY-359 – Addition of Bond Type Application Templates to the Reporting Database

• The IDs for root, bond class, and bond category application templates have been added to the reporting database as columns in the Base.BondTypes table with the following fields:

  • BondRootApplicationTemplateId

  • BondClassApplicationTemplateId

  • BondCategoryApplicationTemplateId

WFOB-272 – Allowed Action for Changing the Designated Applicant on a Bond

Addition of a secured action that can allow or disallow user roles from changing the applicant selected on a bond.

The applicant selection dropdown would not be available if not enabled for the user role.

WFOB-276 – Update to the ‘Initiate Cancel’ API Trigger

• This update allows the Effective Date of Action (EDOA) to be set precisely when the ‘Initiate Cancellation’ action is received from the TriggerInitiateCancel API. The EDOA field uses the UNIX date format. Alternatively, the EDOAAsString field can be used with the YYYY-MM-DD date format. If both fields are included in the call, EDOAAsString will take precedence over EDOA.

AMS-1473/OLR-657 – Fix Filter for Tracking Number on Pending Bonds Queue

When a bond record does not yet have a bond number, the tracking number is displayed in the column on the Pending Bonds queue. The filter for this column does not filter based on the tracking number. This filter has been corrected to filter on the content of the column including the bond tracking number.

AVI-546 – Correction to Account View of Question History

When an account has additional questions added outside of people and companies, the question history would not be viewable in the account transactional history. The data for these questions is saved and is now displayed properly when viewing the account transactional history.

FCC-749 – Fix for TX Premium Credit Error at Cancel Bond Action

An error has been corrected when performing a Cancel Bond transaction after having adjusted the values for the Premium Credit in the middle of the Initiate Cancellation.

HUD-1139 – Adjustment of Renewal Quotes and Referrals if Bond is Cancelled

When a bond has a renewal application that is quoted but not yet purchased, and the current bond term is cancelled by the ‘Implement Cancellations’ job (after initiating the cancellation); the renewal quote would remain on the bond. This has been adjusted to decline the renewal quote at the time of the final cancellation of the current term.

OLR-670 –Correction for Agency Assignment

Whenever assigning bond types and commission rate designations to agencies with a large volume of bond configurations in a single bond category, updating and saving fields could result in an error caused by the size of the information being saved. This has been increased to allow for larger volumes of information to be saved.

SKY-313 – Bond Version Change for Reject Renewal Application Transactions

When performing a Reject Renewal Application bond action, the Bond Version of the transaction would be set to the previous bond term’s bond version number. This has been adjusted to keep the bond version number of the initial renewal application.
