WFOB-5 – Account Rule Exemption from Bond Application Rules
Add the ability to flag an account as "underwriting exempt" for all bonds written on that account. This exemption will bypass any question or system rules configured on the applications associated to the bond type. The designation can be changed with the Update LOC account action.
However, bond types will still refer if using the "Always Refer New Bond" or “Always Refer Renewal” options.
Fixes
AVI-363 – Fixed Optional Document Sets for Requote
When an optional document set is selected on a bond application, the document set would not continue to be associated with the bond application if performing the Requote transaction. This has been corrected to ensure the selected document set is preserved on the bond application through this bond transaction.
AVI-608 – Corrected Extended Taxes Calculation for Cents on Contract Amounts
When using the extended taxes for states/provinces and a bond’s contract amount includes cents, the cents were not used in the calculation for the extended taxes. This has been corrected to include the contract amount cents in the calculation for the extended taxes.
See the setting at: All>Setup>Settings>System Defaults>Extended Taxes.
AVOB-277 – Current Aggregate Program Details: Evaluation Corrections
Item will correct known issues with bond referral validation rules when using the Current Aggregate Program system question group when the bond is being requoted.
This item ensures that the ‘Current Contract Price’ field remains non-editable during all bond actions.
When the selected bond action is ‘Requote’ and the bond type is configured to use the ‘Current Aggregate Program Details’ question group, the referral rules were being by-passed for the specific action and referral rules were not being applied as expected.
CIN-504/WEB-623 – Fixed Premium on Cancellation for Specified Expiration Bond
When using an annual bond type, bond type minimum premium, expiration date as entered on the bond application, and the bond effective date is set to match the expiration date entered; the premium adjusts when performing the initiate cancellation. This calculation has been corrected.
HAN-1296 – Display of Three Decimal Places of Account Rate Factor on Bond
When an account is using a rate factor, the display of this field is limited to two decimal places on the bond’s premium details pop-up. However, accounts allow for up to three decimal places. This field has been adjusted to display the account rate factor with three decimal places.
RREX-353 – Retainage of Maintenance Penalty and Months on Flat Cancel
When performing a Flat Cancel on a contract bond with maintenance premium, the maintenance penalty and maintenance months are zeroed as part of the transaction. This will be adjusted to keep the values for these fields, although the premium is overridden automatically as part of the Flat Cancel transaction. This allows for a reinstatement to be processed and this information is retained for the maintenance calculation.
