CIN-485/WEB-586 – Addition of Last Action Date to the Pending Bonds Queue
The date for the last action taken on a bond has been added to the Pending Bonds queue.
FUEL-2564 – Restrict Users from Changing a Contract Bond Risk State by Action
Previously the allowed action “Allow Edit Risk State” could be added or removed from a user role. If it was set to a value of True, the Risk State of a Contract Bond can be changed regardless of the bond action being performed. This is located at: All>System Tables>Authority Levels>User Roles:
This allowed action has been updated to allow/disallow for the Risk State to be changed when performing specific bond actions as follows:
Allowed Action Logic | Available Actions |
Allows the user to change the Risk state at specific actions. Contract bonds only. If false, the risk state will not be editable on bond actions. If True, this allowed action can be enforced for specific actions by adding the action’s ID in the additional info field.
If additional info is blank, all transactions for this allowed action will be allowed (if True) or disallowed (if False). | Approve Bid Conversion (30) |
FUEL-2734 – Override for Completion Time Surcharge during the Bond Application
When a contract bond is configured to allow completion time surcharge and there are [any] referral rules for the bond configuration, the calculated completion time surcharge can now be manually overridden during the following bond events:
Edit Bond info for New Bond Application
Approve New Bond Application
Initiate Cancellation
Submit Premium Bearing Rider
This ability to override the completion time surcharge is not allowed when processing a bond reinstatement.
FUEL-3875 – Contract Account Modifiers Added to the Reporting Database
The following fields have been added to the Base.Accounts table in the reporting data warehouse:
ContractAccountRateModifierId (int, NOT NULL)
ContractAccountRateFactor (decimal NOT NULL)

AMS-1544 – Corrected Email Template Billing Type Filter for Renewal Transactions
When using a billing type filter on an email template for renewal type transactions, the filter would use the current term’s billing type instead of the billing type on a bond’s renewal term. This has been corrected to look to the renewal term’s billing type in consideration for the filter.
AVI-603 – Fixed Commercial Bond Class Limits for Bond Renewals
When an account is using Bond Class limits, the existing line used to be compared against the account’s bond class limit for the bond that is being renewed was considering the entire account’s commercial line used. This has been changed to use the line used only for the bond class for the bond being renewed.
HAN-1293 – Increased Auto Renewals Job Query Timeout Period
The timeout period for the Auto Renewals background job has been increased for finding upcoming bonds that would need auto renewal processing. This is beneficial for high volumes of bonds needing renewal.
HUD-1086 – Corrected Effective Dates from being Set after to the Expiration Date
When processing Initiate Cancellation, Reinstate, or Flat Cancel transactions; the effective date of a bond was able to be set to a date to be equal or after the expiration date of the bond. This has been corrected to disallow the effective date to be equal or after the expiration date.
WEB-521 – Fixed Applicant Info in TransSync when Switching Applicant on Renewal
When adding a person or company on a renewal application and subsequently changing the applicant on the bond at the renewal purchase transaction to this new person or company, the TransSync feed would provide blank applicant information. This has been corrected to appropriately pass the new applicant’s information in TransSync in the case of an applicant change.
