FUEL-2180 – Email Templates Sent to Agency Default Email Address
The 'Send email to Agency Default Email' checkbox has been added to the email template setup page. This will allow bond action or account action email templates to be triggered and sent to the email address designated on the agency for the bond or account.
FUEL-3597 – Assign Approval Authority Limits to Agent Users
The Agents can now be assigned approval authority by carriers in the same manner as carrier users. When editing agent users (navigate to All>System Tables>Agencies>Agents), a new checkbox for Underwriting Authority is available. If the box is checked, fields open for authorization types in the same manner as carrier users.
FUEL-3607 – Public Records Added to Experian API Integration
The public records count has been added to the Experian API integration to display prominently on the person record.
The public record count comes from the information provided in the Experian report.
FUEL-3617 – Separated Quick Quote Setting for SureLYNX Bonds
The quick quote feature has been adjusted to allow for the Quick Quote feature to be implemented separately in the Tinubu system and in SureLYNX bonds. The UseQuickQuoteSureLynx setting has been added to enable or disable the quick quote feature only for SureLYNX bond applications.
NOTE: The use of quick quote for standard bond applications will continue to be controlled by the UseQuickQuote setting.
WFOB-81 – Wholesaler Agent Role Assignment of Child Agencies
When the wholesaler role was used, the wholesaler type agent had access to all child agencies that have been assigned to the parent agency that the wholesaler belongs to. This has been improved so that wholesalers have children agencies assigned to that wholesaler agent.
The wholesaler user can have links between a wholesaler agent and its sub-agencies. When a wholesaler logs into system, only the assigned children will be available to select for bonds.
Fixes
AMS-1205 – Corrected Error when Adding Person/Company with Rider
When configuring a user role's 'Allow Access to Accounts' allowed action to include PeopleCompAgency in the additional info of the allowed action, users would receive an error when adding a person or company to a bond with rider. This has been corrected to allow the addition of people and companies regardless of the allowed action.
NOTE: If adding the 'PeopleCompAgency' entry on the allowed action's additional info, the user will only be able to find existing people or companies from the agency of the bond.
AMS-1226 – Fixed Minimum Premium for Term Bonds with Specified Expiration Date
When a bond type has a specified expiration date with minimum term days greater than zero and a minimum premium, and if the bond application pro-rates the term due to the specified expiration date, the premium calculation did not respect the bond type minimum premium. This has been corrected to respect the bond type minimum premium.
AVI-540 – Correction to Country Defaults for Existing Addresses
When using the option for United States or Canada as the default country for addresses and editing a record associated to the address that is using the opposite country from the default, the country for the address would revert to the default country. This has been addressed to stop the country from changing for an existing address and maintain the existing country designation.
FCC-686 – Adjusted Maintenance Fields from being Removed with Premium Override
When a contract bond with maintenance premium calculated and a premium override is performed, the Maintenance Penalty and Maintenance Months is cleared out. However, if selecting the Calculate Fees checkbox, these values will be kept. If they have been removed by prior bond transaction, then users have to select the Calculate Fees checkbox and re-add the needed values for Maintenance Penalty and Maintenance Months for the maintenance premium to be calculated again.
HAN-1155 – Fixed Agency Names with '&' Signs to Display Correctly
When an agency's name has an ampersand symbol (&), the agency name on accounts would be displayed incorrectly. This has been corrected to have the ampersand shown appropriately.
HUD-995 – Fixed ReNamePdfFields Background Job for Blank Filenames
When an uploaded document template would not have a Filename in the record and using the ReNamePdfFields background job, the job would error when attempting to identify the document templates. This has been corrected to allow for blank filenames for the document template records.
