Features
HAN-987 – Added Producer of Record and Responsible Underwriter to Rider Push to Renewal Option
When performing a rider on a bond with a pending renewal, users are presented with the option of pushing the changes made on the current term of the bond to the renewal term. This push now includes the designation of the Producer of Record and the Responsible Underwriter.
OLR-450 – Added Requote and Purchase Quote for New Bond Application as Options for ‘Allow user to change bond effective date’ Allowed Action
The Requote and Purchase Quote for New Bond Application actions have been added to the available actions that can be used with the ‘Allow user to change bond effective date’ allowed action for user roles.
WEB-449 – Email of User Added to Bond History
The email address of the user who transacted on a bond will now be displayed in the bond history pop-up. The email is hyperlinked to open the user’s default e-mail application to send an email to this address.
Fixes
AMS-764 – Corrected Purchase Bond Button when Changing from Credit Card to Other Billing Types
When changing a billing type for a bond from credit card to other billing types, the Purchase Bond button would not display. This has been corrected to show the Purchase Bond button regardless of these changes.
AVI-6 – Fixed Account Actions after Viewing Account History
When viewing account historical transactions and returning to the current account transaction, the account actions menu would not be available. This has been corrected to show the appropriate account actions available when returning to the current account transaction.
AVI-36 – Adjusted Question Entries to Prevent Duplicate Column Names
When adding multiple questions to a question group in between saving the changes, the same column name could be added to multiple questions. This has been adjusted to allow one question to be added at a time. The changes need to be saved prior to entering another question.
AVI-471 – Fixed Recalculate Button for Invoice Amount for Requote Renewal
When performing a requote renewal transaction, the invoice amount would adjust to the premium difference from the prior term to the renewal total premium. This has been corrected to reflect the total premium for the renewal since premium has not yet been booked for the renewal until the Purchase Quote for Renewal Application.
NOTE: The result of the requote renewal already would display the proper invoice amount. This change is only correcting the display in the invoice amount during the recalculate button’s calculation.
AVI-499 – Fixed Applicant Dropdown for Showing “\” in the Name
For applicants with a “\” in the name, these would not display correctly adding additional characters in the dropdown list line. This has been corrected to show the “\” appropriately.
NOTE: This did not affect the applicant printing on documents or the underlying data sent to reporting or TransSync. It was only the display in the dropdown list for applicant.
CIN-329/HUD-840/WEB-464 – Corrected Optional Addresses to Require State/Province and Postal/Zip Code when Partial Address Entry is Made
If using a non-validated address entry, users were able to accept an address ‘As-Is’ without a state/province or a postal/zip code. This has been corrected to enforce the entry of a state/province and postal/zip code. If an address is optional, these will not be required unless other parts of the address have been entered.
HUD-889 – Alphabetized Penalty Dropdown List Options
The list of available penalty type dropdown lists for bond configurations has been alphabetized.
UFS-239 – Disallowed the Expiration Date to be Adjusted by a Cancellation Action
When issuing a cancellation for a bond which had a bond duration adjustment made on the bond configuration, the expiration date of the bond term was adjusting to the newly calculated term duration from the configuration. This has been changed to make the expiration date of the bond persist for that bond’s cancellation.
