Features

FUEL-2496 – No Agency Filter on Account Email Templates

FUEL-2501 – Adding Help Articles for CSR Type Users

The Help Articles for CSR users have been added to the User Interface, including the articles for the relevant pages for CSR users.

Fixes

FUEL-2289 – Fixed Enforcement of Required Fields on Riders

When requiring questions on PBR or nPBR transactions and one of the questions is a Yes/No slider question, the transaction would not enforce the required questions. This has been corrected to enforce the requirement.

FUEL-2386 – Adjustments for Account Application Changes

This item allows for the correct account questions and rules to be applied on applications for future bonds if a bond configuration’s account application template is changed. Previously, if a user were to change a bond configuration’s account application template, any additional bonds purchased with that account would not have reflected the new application questions and rules. This has been adjusted to show these questions and apply the appropriate rules.

FUEL-2457 – Corrected Document Generation with Errored Overlay Fields

When a document template contains improperly configured overlay fields, the system has been adjusted to allow the document to still print regardless of the overlay field.

FUEL-2463 – Fixed Email Templates Overlays Displaying Prior Transaction Data

When the data for overlay fields on an email template is adjusted from a transaction to the next, the emails have been adjusted to print the newly entered data for the new transaction from which the email template is being triggered.

FUEL-2484 – Corrected Renewal Rules to Use Renewal Term Data

When a bond has a renewal rule, the renewal applications would evaluate the data from the current version of the bond, instead of the data from the renewal application, if different from the current version. This has been corrected for the renewal application to evaluate the renewal transaction data.

FUEL-2502 – Adjusted Bond Class Authority Levels for PBRs and Renewals

When using bond class authority levels (instead of global authority) and performing a PBR, the action would duplicate the penalty amount when evaluating the authority level of the account. This has been adjusted to only evaluate the new penalty amount for the PBR transaction.
