Features

FUEL-567 – Bankruptcy Score, Bankruptcy Count, and Judgement and Lien Count added to the Rule Options when setting a Penalty Threshold on Credit Score Rules

The fields of Bankruptcy Score, Bankruptcy Count, and Judgment and Lien Count are now able to be defaulted for when the credit score is not pulled due to a bond’s penalty not being sufficient to reach the set threshold for the credit score rule.

To set these fields go to rule management for the application using the credit score rule and select ‘Options’ for that rule.

FUEL-578 – ‘Allow Edit Fixed Penalty Rider’ Secured Action to enable Users to Edit Penalty on Specific Actions

  • The ‘Allow Edit Fixed Penalty Rider’ secured action can be set to only allow the editing of a fixed penalty during specific actions on a bond.

    • The secured actions are located at: All>System Tables>Authority Levels>User Roles.

  • The list of actions an administrator can set will be found in the description of the action, as well as the id numbers required to specify the actions.

  • To set a specific action as being able to edit a fixed penalty rider, the user will set the action to ‘True’ and list the id numbers in the ‘Additional Info’ field.

FUEL-1104 – Commercial Credit Report Retention Setting

  • A new setting ‘CommercialCreditReportRetentionDays’ has been created to set the number of days a newly pulled company credit report will be valid for. This works identically to the setting ‘CreditReportRetentionDays’ but for personal credit reports. This is located at: All>Setup>Settings>Service>CommercialCreditReportRetentionDays.

  • A company credit report that has been pulled before the entered number of days will still be used by the system for new bonds, renewals and/or any other rules requiring the score.

  • If a value of ‘0’ is entered a new credit report will be pulled every time a check on the company’s credit score is needed.

FUEL-1138 – Display a Company’s Address during Applicant Selection

When purchasing a bond from an account with multiple company records attached to it, the company name will display along with the company address in the ‘Choose Applicant’ dropdown.

Fixes

FUEL-527 – Corrected Penalty Dropdown Editable during Proper Actions

A bond configuration using a dropdown penalty attached to it, will only have the Penalty editable during appropriate actions such as a PBR or Renewal, in which the Penalty should be available for edit; the field will remain un-editable when not performing an action or during unrelated actions such as an NPBR.

FUEL-620 – Adjusted Push Change to Account for Company Modifications

When making a change to a company record on a bond, the user will be prompted to accept or decline pushing these changes from the bond back to its corresponding company record on the bond’s account.
