20422 – Option to Push Changes on a Bond to People and Company records to an Account at PBR and NPBR Transactions
When processing a Premium Bearing Rider or Non-Premium Bearing Rider on a bond that involves changes to a Person or Company, the system will provide the user with a pop-up window allowing the user to push changes to the account tied to the bond.
NOTE: Changes made to an account will not flow into any bonds on the account.
21716 – Allowed Action to Prevent or Warn a User for Flat Cancel on a Bond with a Pending Renewal
The ‘Allow Cancel when Renewal is Pending’ allowed action controls what user roles are able to flat cancel a bond when a renewal on the bond is already pending.
When the additional info field is filled with ‘warn’, a message will display when any user assigned to that user role attempts to flat cancel a bond with a pending renewal.
When the additional info field is filled with ‘prevent’ a message will display when any user assigned to that user role attempts to flat cancel a bond with a pending renewal, and the user will not be able to finalize the cancel action.
22375 – Batching of Bonds Targeted by ExpirePromote Background Job
To improve performance of the ExpirePromote background job, the bonds targeted by the background job will be processed in batches. The job will be configured to process 7 bonds in each batch. The JobBatchMaxBatches system setting determines the number of batches that will run consecutively. If the maximum number of batches is reached, the job will stop and will catch up any remaining bonds in the next run of the background job the following night.
NOTE: This process is already implemented for the AutoRenewals background job.
Fixes
16641 – Auto Renewal Job will not run for Bonds with Declined, Cancelled or Rejected Renewals
When a bond has a declined renewal quote, a rejected renewal application, or a cancelled renewal for the next version of the bond; the AutoRenewals background job will not submit a new renewal application on the same version of the bond. If there was a declined renewal quote, rejected renewal application, or cancelled renewal on a prior version of the bond, the AutoRenewals job will process the renewal application for the bond.
22149 – Page Submission will Automatically Trigger Validation on Address Fields
When entering addresses on a page without utilizing the address validation button, the system will trigger address validation of those fields at the submission of the page.
22292 – Changes to Term Length will be used to Adjust Premium Calculation
For bond configurations using a term duration dropdown list, a change to the term duration selected did not recalculate the premium for the bond according to the new selection. This has been corrected to change the calculation of the bond’s premium to reflect the new term selected.
