14271 – Ability to Set Default Responsible Underwriter at the Agency Level
Users will be able to set a Default Responsible Underwriter at each individual agency that will override the user designated as the Branch Representative on the agency’s branch. This is not a required field and, if not entered, the default responsible underwriter will continue to be assigned from the Branch Representative.
This can be found at: All>System Tables>Agencies>Edit.
21722 – Email Templates for Account Actions
Email notifications can be configured to send an email for each action available at the account level.
To set up the email notification of an account action please go to: All>Reference Tables>Templates>Email Templates>Account Action Email Templates.
Email templates can be configured to any account type actions and can be sent to fixed email addresses, the responsible underwriter or reassigned account underwriter.
Fill in the remaining fields with the appropriate information according to the business needs of the email recipients.
NOTE: Appropriate overlay fields are listed below the body of the email template that can be inserted.

22384 – Corrected Failed Background Job Email Template
When the Failed Background Job email template is triggered, the system would send an email notification for any background job failing, including the background job for sending emails. However, if the email background job would happen to fail, this could cause a loop of this email template being triggered repeatedly. The email background job has been removed as a trigger source for this email template. Additionally, a throttle has been added to the email processing, reducing the number of emails from this email template that are sent to one per hour.
The ‘From Email’ field now has a validation check to ensure it is a proper email address (i.e. address@domain.domainext).
NOTE: As part of mediating the risk of the loop scenario described above, the System Actions Email Templates menu item was removed via script after the delivery of release 7.0.154.1. This menu item is now restored as part of the delivery of this release, 7.0.155.1.
