Features

17842 –Background Job Status sent as Configurable Email Notification

  • Email Templates have been separated into two distinct menu items: Bond Actions Email Templates and System Email Templates.

    • NOTE: All prior email templates are still being managed in the Bond Actions Email Templates page.

A new email template is available in the System Email Templates: Background Job Failed. This email template can be configured to be sent to specific email addresses with messaging defined by the system administrators.

The following overlays are listed to be used for this email template:

20309 – When a Bond is Expired while having a Referred or Quoted Renewal, Renewal Quote or Referral is Auto-Declined

  • In the occurrence of a bond expiring with either a quoted renewal or a referred renewal application, the renewal application will be retired, so that no transactions would be able to be processed on a renewal until the expired bond is first reinstated.

    • NOTE: If the renewal has been purchased, a bond would not expire, but rather promote the purchased renewal to then be the current version of the bond.

20599 – Display Agency Code and Account Name during Bond Application Process

During the application of a bond the agency and account information attached to the application will be displayed on screen for the user to identify which agency and account is being associated to the application.

If no account has been selected during the bond application process, this will be excluded from the display, but the agency information will continue to be displayed.

Fixes

19096 – When Increasing Minimum Term Days on a Configuration with Specified Expiration Date, System will no longer Skip a Year on Renewal

When minimum term days for a bond configuration is increased, renewals for bonds with specified expiration dates issued prior to this adjustment will calculate the proper effective and expiration dates for the renewal.

21392 – Corrected Issue of Dropping Zip Code Extension when Importing Bonds

During the Bond Import process, the system will save the 4-digit extension for zip codes on addresses imported if the full 9-digit zip code is passed in the Bond Import API zip code fields.
