15472 – Setting to Disallow Feb 29th Effective Dates
The DisallowLeapYear setting stops users from being able to enter February 29th as an effective date or overridden expiration date on a bond. If a bond is issued on February 29th, the effective date will default to March 1st.
This setting is located at: All>Setup>Settings>System Default.
18332 – Rounding Settings for Maintenance Fee and Completion Time Surcharge
The RoundMaintenanceAndCompletionTime setting determines if the maintenance fee and completion time surcharge should be rounded or not.
The RoundMaintenanceAndCompletionTimeType setting determines if only the maintenance fee should be rounded, or only the completion time surcharge should be rounded, or both should be rounded separately, or both should be rounded after being added together.
These settings are located at: All>Setup>Settings>Premium.
19453 – Company Credit Reporting
Company credit reporting has been added and will mimic the personal credit reporting feature. As delivered, the company credit reporting will be set to simulation. For connecting to a live company credit reporting service, please contact eSURETY® Support for additional information on integrating with a service. The company credit reporting simulation draws the company score from the DunsNumber company question that can be added to applications. The Paydex value will come from the first two digits of the number entered for the question (similar to the first three digits from a person’s SSN for simulated personal credit reporting). Simulated company credit reporting can be used in Test Mode, to avoid live credit pulls for testing.
The company credit score system rule has been added to allow automated underwriting dependent on the score value.
19633 – Added Obligee Name 2 to Obligee Import API
The ObligeeName2 field has been added to the Obligee Import API call for bulk imports of obligees.
Fixes
19054 – Fixed Build a Bond Process if Including an Apostrophe in the Bond Title
When building a new bond configuration and using an apostrophe in the bond title field, an error would occur. This has been fixed to allow for apostrophes to be used.
NOTE: This issue only occurred when building a new bond configuration, but not while maintaining configurations.
19236 – Allowed for People to be Removed During a Renewal
When processing a renewal application and a person record is errantly added, the record is not able to be removed prior to completing the transaction. This has been corrected to allow for new people records to be removed while editing the bond transaction.
NOTE: This issue was not affecting company records.
19394 – Corrected Mid-Term Rider Charging Additional Premium
An additional $1 was being added to premium when performing a Premium Bearing Rider while using rider prorating and the AddDaysToExpiration setting is configured to 0. This has been adjusted to make the proper calculations.
19396 – Fixed Display of Current Agency in Change Agency Pop-up
The current agency name has been corrected to display in the Change Agency pop-up.
19406 – Stopped Account Reinstatement when Reassigning a Referred Bond
Suspended accounts have been stopped from reinstating errantly if a referred bond application under that account is reassigned to another underwriter.
19526 – Corrected Missing AIF Data in TransSync when the AIF is an Agent
When using an agent as the attorney-in-fact (AIF), the user information was not being sent in the TransSync data. This has been corrected to send the AIF information whether it is from an agent or a carrier AIF.
19530 – Fixed Regenerate Original Documents when No Documents are Assigned
When using the EnableRiderDocumentGenerationOptions setting allowing for regenerating original, renewal, or rider documents; but no document templates are assigned to the configuration, an error would occur when selecting to regenerate the original documents. This has been adjusted to disallow the attempt to regenerate original bond documents in this scenario.
19532 – Corrected Spelling for Cancel Renewal Action
A typo for the Cancel Renewal action has been corrected.
19639 – Adjusted Tiered Commission Calculation when Premium is Overridden
When using a tiered commission rate and overriding the premium base value, the commission rate would no longer be able to calculate properly, due to not having the determined premium amount for each tier. This has been corrected by automatically setting the commission amount to be overridden and prompting the user of this automated adjustment. The override selection for the commission amount will match the premium base override selection.
19812 – Corrected Spelling for UAT Environment Notice
A typo for the UAT Environment notice has been corrected.
