18127 – Document Pop-Up Adjustment for Citrix Users

• For users using Citrix, the pop-up window for a bond’s documents would be restricted by Citrix. A new user role allowed action has been added to have the documents open in a separate browser tab, rather than in the pop-up window. This is located at: All>System Tables>Authority Levels>User Roles>Actions.

  • NOTE: This allowed action can be used by other users, even if they do not use Citrix.

18204 – Carrier Attorney-In-Fact Address Fields

Address fields have been added to the carrier attorney-in-fact page.

18812 – Corrected Renewal Applications Error when Adding Multiple Entries to an Indexable Question Group

During a renewal application and multiple entries were made an indexable question group, the renewal application would error. This has been corrected to allow for multiple entries to be made during the renewal process.

18815 – Fixed Account Number Generation for Approved Account Applications

When a new account application has been rejected but subsequently approved, the account number field was not populating. This has been corrected to always generate an account number when an account application is approved regardless of the prior status.

18863 – Adjusted Single Sign On to Disallow Inactive Agents Login

When using the single sign on web service, inactive agents would still be allowed to generate an authentication key to login into eSURETY®. This has been corrected to only generate authentication keys for active agents. In addition, if the agent’s agency is inactivated, an authentication key will not be generated.
