15195 –Term and Penalty Dropdown List Items to Only be Numeric Values
When creating or editing dropdown list items for term or penalty dropdowns, the value field is limited to only numeric entries, to allow for the proper processing of premium calculations without other character entered into the field.
15854 – Addition of Account Name and Number to Find Bond Search Tooltip
The account name and account number fields have been added to the tooltip available when hovering over the bond tracking number for additional reference.
16315 – Commission Rate and Amount Override Limitations
When overriding the commission rate or commission amount fields on a bond, only one of the two fields will be available for overriding. However, if that field is reset to not be overridden, the other field will be made available to be overridden.
16631 – Contract Page Messages
Distinct page messages have been added for contract bonds. This includes the Quick Quote; approved, referred, and rejected new bond applications; and bond purchase.
NOTE: These new page messages will be delivered identical to the previous page message record that was shared for both commercial and contract bonds.
17319 – Allowance for Maintenance Years to be Added and Adjusted on PBRs
Maintenance years field is available for entries and adjustments via the Premium Bearing Rider action. The premium details display will display the time period maintenance is calculated for.
17569 – Addition of Generic Obligee Info on Account View of Bonds
The Generic Obligee Name field has been added to the Account’s View All Bonds page for additional reference.
17806 – Bid Bond Penalty Included in Account LOC Limits
Bid Bonds penalty amounts are to be included in accounts Contract Line Used field. However, these will not populate on the account’s WIP statement.
Fixes
15987 – Corrected Effective Date Display for Account View of Bonds
The effective date was displaying with the day prior to the effective date, due to time zone changes. This has been corrected to have the proper date displayed.
17329 – Adjusted the New Financial Statement Pop-Up Display
The pop-up to create a new financial statement for company financials, personal financials, and WIP has been widened to properly display the full content of the pop-up without needing to expand or scroll.
17634 – Modified the Completion Time Surcharge to Adjust when Estimated Completion Date is Changed on Riders
The initial completion time surcharge adjusts when the estimated completion date is updated on a subsequent bond action.
17646 – Fixed Custom Address Questions from Dropping during Auto Renewals
When processing renewals automatically with the Auto Renewals background job, custom address questions asked at the renewal lifecycle were being dropped off for the renewal record and only remaining on the current bond record. This has been corrected to maintain the address question entries on the renewal.
NOTE: This issue did not occur with manual renewal applications.
17776 – Fixed Date Type Rules when Applied to Bid Bond Conversions
When using date type rules at the bid bond conversion lifecycle, an error would occur. This has been fixed to ensure the rule is applied and the action is able to complete without issue.
17777 – Removal of Edit Info Action for Rejected Bonds
The Edit Info for New Bond Application action was listed as an available action for rejected bonds. This action is intended for referred bonds and has been removed from the available actions at the rejected bond status.
17824 – Corrected Contract Maintenance Premium from Rounding Prior to Multiplying for Each Maintenance Year
When calculating maintenance premium for multiple years, the premium was being rounded prior to the full calculation for all of the maintenance years. This has been corrected to round only after the full calculation.
17970 – Fixed Addition of Multiple Indexable Entries to a Question Group on Riders
When adding multiple entries to an indexable question group on a rider, the action would error. This has been corrected to allow for multiple entries to the question group at the same bond action.
