6389 – Current Renewal Documents
Previously, renewal documents would be displayed under the Past Documents section of the Print Documents dropdown on a bond. A new section has been added to this dropdown to show the Current Renewal Documents. If additional actions have been taken on a renewal, prior renewal documents will still be listed in the Past Documents section.

7935 – Passing Values to Cancel Bond Action after Initiate Cancellation Action with the PreviousVal and CalculateVersionDiff Overlay Formulas
Previously when using the PreviousVal and CalculateVersionDiff overlay formulas on a document assigned to the Cancel Bond action, these would populate with the value changes from the Initiate Cancellation action to the Cancel Bond action.
This has been adjusted to populate documents with the value changes from the bond action before the Initiate Cancellation action (Purchase Quote for New Bond, Premium Bearing Rider, etc.) to the Cancel Bond action.
12585 – Renewable vs. Single Term Option when Purchasing Bond
A new bond configuration setting has been added to allow users to select if the bond is to be renewable or a single term bond. This is located at: All>Maintain Bond>[Choose Bond Configuration]>Configure>Term Tab>Bond Configuration Settings.

NOTE: This option is only available if the ‘Renewal Code’ setting is not ‘No Renewal.’
This is determined when purchasing the bond. When selected for a bond configuration, a dropdown will appear allowing the user to make the determination. This field is required when in use.

If Renewable is selected, the bond will be able to be renewed. The bond will follow the ‘Renewal Code’ setting on the bond configuration, including the Auto Renewal or Auto Renewal Quoted features.
If Single Term is selected, the bond will follow the No Renewal ‘Renewal Code’ setting for the bond configuration. This will stop any Auto Renewal or Auto Renewal Quoted features from affecting the bond, and no manual renewal application will be available on the bond.
NOTE: This can also be modified with a Premium Bearing Rider action.
