6142 – Original Issuance Date of Bond Overlay Field

A new overlay field has been added to mark the original date a bond was issued. This is defined as the date a bond is first purchased regardless of the number of renewals on the bond. The overlay is OriginalIssuanceDate and can be used on documents, email templates, and page messages.

8443 – Pre-Pay Selection Available at Requote Action

Previously only available while applying for a bond, the pre-pay selection period for annual type bonds is now adjustable with the Requote action of a new bond application. This will adjust the expiration date and any premium adjustments with the selection change. This selection is within the Premium section of the bond page.

Fixes

10934 – Fixed People and Company Search from Inadvertent Association to Existing Account

When a person or company search suggestion is selected when entering person or company information, the account for that existing person or company was associated to that bond, even if the entry is removed, and different entries are made. This has been adjusted to only associate a bond application to an existing account if a selection is made and is saved.

11188 – Corrected Agent Users Ability to Change Bond Number at Renewal

When an agent user would submit a renewal application, the bond number field would be editable regardless of the user role setting for this ability. This has been corrected to only allow users with the ‘Bond Number Override’ allowed action enabled to edit this field. This allowed action is located at: All>System Tables>Authority Levels>User Roles>[Choose Desired User Role]>Actions.

12379 – Modified Recent Bonds Searches to Ensure Most Recent Action is Listed

The Recent Bonds searches Last Action column had listed the most recent action taken on the current version of the bond. This has been modified to list the most recent action on the bond to include any renewal type actions taken on the bond as well.
