Features
10226 – Added Settings to Control the Default Value and Number of Digits for the Bond User Version
Two settings have been added to control the default starting value and number of digits for the bond user version field. These are located at: All>Setup>Settings>SystemDefaults.
The BondUserVersionInitValue setting determines the default value to use for the bond user version field.
The BondUserVersionNumberFormat setting determines the number of characters to be used for the bond user version field.
10694 – Moved the Optional Document Sets Field on the Bond Page to be Visible without Expanding the Bond Information Section
The optional document sets selection field has been modified to appear on the bond page without the need to expand the Bond Information Section. When performing an action in which an optional document set is available, the field will appear.
11120 – Added Functionality to Remove Inactive Messages from View
Inactive messages are removed from view on the Bond Application Results and the assignment window at Maintain Bond>Configure Bond>Details Tab. Inactive messages will remain assigned to the bond configuration and will return to view if the message is reactivated.
Fixes
6020 – Set the Attorney-In-Fact Field as Required on Initial Bond Information Page
The Attorney-In-Fact field was not marked with an asterisk (*) as a required field. If the page was submitted without making a selection, the user would not be able to continue the bond application. This has been corrected to mark the field as required, and allow for selection if the page is submitted without making a selection.
NOTE: If using the SuppressEsuretyAttorneyInFact setting, this field will not appear and will not be required.
11025 – Fixed Person Date of Birth Question on Subsequent Actions
When the person’s date of birth question is asked on subsequent actions after a bond application, it caused an issue submitting the action due to the character limit on the field. This has been corrected to ensure the date of birth can be entered and subsequent action can be processed.
11129 – Fixed Cancel Bond Action to not Recalculate Premium
If a bond is pending cancellation, but the premium rate is changed on the bond configuration; the Cancel Bond action, which finalized the cancellation, would recalculate the premium for the bond if not overridden. This has been corrected to keep the premium value the same as when the cancellation was initiated.
