13752 – Addition of Commercial Risk State as Obligee State
For commercial bonds, the risk state for the bond is not selected manual, as it is for contract bonds, and no value would be saved as for this field for commercial bonds. This has been modified to add the obligee’s state as the risk state of the commercial bond. This determination is made automatically and will not be editable by commercial users. However, this field will be populated in all related report and TransSync records.
14695 – Restyling of SureLYNX™ Account Page
The account page for SureLYNX™ bonds has been restyled for the consumer access. This page will include the bonds under this account, credit card payment profiles, and the people/companies associated to the account.
15000 – Applicant email Question Requirement for SureLYNX™ Bonds
To ensure SureLYNX™ bond applications retain an e-mail address, messaging has been added to ensure the e-mail questions for people and/or companies (whichever is designated to be the possible applicant) is asked as part of the bond application questions.
Additionally, the e-mail address questions have been designed to be required for SureLYNX™ transactions, regardless if the question is optional or not in the question setup, allowing for the e-mail question to be optional in the eSURETY® application and yet required for SureLYNX™.
15859 – Extended Logic for ApplicantPhone Overlay Field
The ApplicantPhone overlay field has been expanded from populating with the Company_Phone or People_HomePhone overlay (depending on the bond applicant selection). This overlay will continue to populate either the Company_Phone or one of three People type phone numbers: Home, Mobile, and Work. If multiple phone numbers are entered for a person applicant, the overlay will populate according to the following priority listing:
Home Phone
Mobile Phone
Work Phone

A new bond action for bid bonds has been added to mark the bid as lost. This action will be delivered as available only for admin and CSR type users, however this can be enabled for other user types as needed. Please contact eSURETY® Support for assistance in enabling this bond action for additional user types.
After this action is taken on a bid bond, the Reinstate After Cancel action will be available to restore the bid bond.
Fixes
16079 – Corrected Addition of Optional Question Group on Subsequent Action after Bond Purchase
When a new optional question group entry is made on an action after a bond is purchased, but other answered questions on the bond where not asked at the same lifecycle; the entry would error. This has been corrected to allow for optional question groups to be added regardless of other questions’ lifecycles on the bond configuration.
16001 – Adjusted Pro-rating to Exclude Minimum Premium when Extending Bond’s Expiration Date
When utilizing the rider pro-rating feature and adjusting the bond’s expiration date to a later date, the additional days added would be calculated, but the minimum premium for the configuration would also be applied for these additional days added. This as been adjusted to not apply minimum premium for these additional days. However, if desired, the minimum premium can be applied manually to the calculation.
16199 – Fixed Premium Rate Definition Page with Large Volume of Variables
When utilizing a large dropdown list for one of the variables for a premium rate definition, additional columns would be displayed beyond the content of the dropdown list items. This has been fixed to limit the columns for the premium rate selections to be according to the number of items in the dropdown list.
16610 – Fixed Bond Application when Quick Quote Calculation is not Available
When not utilizing the quick quote feature, but the bond configuration is not able to calculate the quick quote due to the complexity of the premium calculation, the bond application would have an error. This has been corrected to allow the bond application to continue regardless of the quick quote amount being able to be calculated or not.
