14567 –Bond Family Filter Added to Queues and Account>View All Bonds
A filter has been added to the search queues and the View All Bonds from the Account Page to distinguish commercial and contract bonds.
14991 – Options for Document Generation at Rider Actions
Additional options for designating the documents to be generated when performing a Premium Bearing Riders or Non-Premium Bearing Riders. These options include:
Print Rider Documents
Reprint New Bond Documents
Reprint Renewal Documents (if existing)
Do Not Print Documents
When generating any documents, any selected optional document sets, or any non-optional sets assigned to the rider action will also be generated.
When selecting Do Not Print Documents, no non-optional document sets will be produced. However, if an optional document set is selected, it will be produced with this option.
The renewal documents option will only be available when a renewal exists on the bond.
The feature is delivered off but can be turned on with a system setting located at: All>Setup>Settings>SystemDefault>EnableRiderDocumentGenerationOptions.
15298 – Premium Rate Definition Variable Prompts Added to Available Data for Custom TransSync Fields
The prompt fields have been enabled to be added to TransSync custom fields. These prompts are the text for premium rate definition variables.
15608 – Exclusion of Bid Bonds from Quick Quote
The Quick Quote feature has been adjusted to exclude any bonds pertaining to the Bid Bond Class.
15773 – All Agent Designation for Agent Users
Agent users may be designated to be an ‘All Agent’, which will allow for the agent to be available as a producer of record for all bond applications regardless of the agency for the bond application.
This designation is configured on the agent edit page.
The ‘All Others Producer of Record’ allowed action is needed for a user role to be able to designate an agent as an ‘All Agent’.
NOTE: This designation does not allow the designated agent to view or affect any other bond outside of its own agency.

16096 – Forgot Password Added to SureLYNX™ Login Fields
The Forgot Password feature has been added to SureLYNX™ applications for return users.

15194 – Adjusted People and Company Search to Flood Custom Account Question History to Bond Application
When finding an existing person or company during a bond application, any custom questions added to the account application that had previously been answered would not flood in as answers for this new bond application. This has been adjusted to bring in any existing answers to account questions to new bond applications.
NOTE: if the answers to these questions are changed during the bond application, the account will be updated with these new answers.
15488 – Fixed Bond Historical Records when Bond is in Use by Another User
When a bond record is locked by another user, an error would occur when attempting to view a bond’s historical records. This has been corrected to allow for the viewing of the historical records while maintaining the lock from the user editing the bond.
15849 – Corrected Addition of New Obligee on Contract Bonds for Agent Users
During the application for a contract bond, agent users were not able to open the pop-up to create a new obligee for the application. This has been adjusted to allow agents access to the pop-up.
15853 – Fixed Renewal Applications for Contract Bonds
When renewing a contract bond, the action was erroring. This has been corrected to allow for the contract bond to be renewable (when applicable).
16080 – Added Error Message Display for Unsuccessful Credit Card Transactions
When an error would occur with a credit card payment submission, no messaging was displayed. A messaging area has been added to alert users of issues with processing the credit card transaction.
16107 – Adjusted REST GetBondByBondNumber API as a GET Call
The GetBondByBondNumber API has been modified to a GET call. Please see our web services documentation for further details for implementation: https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/4114932/RWaRNR6C
