14542 – Agency Code and State Added to Bond Page without Section Expansion

The Agency Code and Agency State field have been added to the un-expanded Agency section of the bond page to make the information readily available for users viewing the bond.

14685 – Allow LOC Fields Updates when Approving Referred Account Application

When approving a referred account, the LOC fields have been opened for editing as needed as part of the account action.

15175 – Added SureLYNX™ Bond Indicator to Bond Page

Indicators have been added to the Bond Page to prompt users the bond originated from SureLYNX™.

15176 – Added Projects Question Group to Bond Import Web Service

• The Core projects questions have been added to the bond import web service for the following fields:

  • Projects.Name

  • Projects.Address1

  • Projects.Address2

  • Projects.City

  • Projects.State

  • Projects.ZipCode

  • Projects.County

  • Projects.Description

  • Projects.BidAmount

Fixes

14782 – Fixed Renewal PBR Rules to not Reference NPBR Rules

The Renewal PBR action was referencing the NPBR rules when evaluating the transaction. This has been corrected to use the PBR rules assigned to the applications from the bond configuration.

14969 – Adjusted Find Bond Type to Exclude Variables which only Contained Inactive Elements in the next Variable

• When a bond configuration element (state, class, category, obligee, or carrier) is inactivated and was the only available element at its level, the element at a higher level would still be available, but would have no options available after it.

  • For instance, if a bond category is the only bond category for a bond class, and it is inactivated; the bond class would be available to be selected, but then not have any bond categories to choose from, causing a dead end in the configuration selection.

• This has been corrected to only display options where there would be viable subsequent selection options. This applies to the Maintain Bond and Buy a Bond screens for Select Bond Type:

15132 – Fixed Account Show All Bonds Page to Allow Sorting by Dates

When viewing all bonds from an account, the bond records were not able to be sorted by the Expiration Date, Effective Date, or Date of the Last Action. This has been modified to allow for sorting

15181 – Corrected Total Premium System Rule

• The Total Premium system rule was not being used when calculating with a greater than (>) option. This has been corrected to consider the rule with any of the evaluation options.

  • NOTE: The total premium amount to be considered with the rule is prior to any rule rate modifiers, due to the amount needing to be determined prior to the rule rate modifiers taking effect.

15193 – Adjusted Premium Rate Definition Items to Handle Higher Volume of Variables

When a high number of variables would be used with a premium rate definition, the content would delay loading. The page has been re-factored to allow for each variable to be set and saved individually to allow for better performance of the page.

When creating or editing the page, each variable will have a hyperlink with the assigned premium rate. When clicked, the dropdown for premium rate will appear. Once the desired premium rate is selected, the dropdown will close, and the change will be saved.

15218 – Corrected Risk State Field to be Required

The Risk State field for Contract bonds, was not being required on the initial bond information page, although is a required field for any contract bond to function properly. This has been corrected to ensure the field is required.

15261 – Safeguarded Against Question Column Name Errors

• When creating a question, the column name can cause an error with specific words creating database commands or causing conflicts with address overlay fields. The column has been adjusted to disallow the follow words:
