13146 – Ability to Override Commission Rate on a Bond
When editing the premium section of a bond (on applicable actions and allowed users), the commission rate can be overridden and adjusted to calculate the desired commission amount. This can be done permanently, for this version of the bond only, or to cause the next renewal to be referred.
14312 – Localized Optional Document Set Placeholder Field
The placeholder value within the optional document set selection field has been localized to relabel the field as needed.
14620 – Reordering of Initial Bond Information Page
The initial bond information page has been reordered and grouped by similar field types (people, dates, money, etc.). These fields vary according to the bond configuration.
14692 – Removed SSN from TransSync Data
For security purposes, Social Security Numbers have been removed from TransSync data.
Fixes
6197 – Fixed Inactivated Questions from Affecting Bond Applications
When inactivating a question but the question was applied to an application and was required, the application would error due to no answer on a required question. This has been corrected to remove questions from applications when inactivating the question.
A dialog box will appear confirming the desired action to be taken:
14302 – Corrected Renewal Options Dropdown for Referred and Rejected Bond Applications
When using the renewal options feature on a bond configuration, the single term/renewable dropdown would appear on the bond application results page when the bond application was referred or auto-rejected. This has been corrected to appear only when the bond application is auto-approved. The dropdown will appear for approved referred bonds at the purchase action.
14573 – Adjusted PBR Edit Page from Displaying Credit Card or ACH Billing if not Enabled (Chrome and Firefox Only)
When performing a PBR action on a bond in Chrome or Firefox, the Credit Card and ACH payment options would appear at the bottom of the screen, regardless of the billing type selection options. This has been corrected to disallow this from displaying unless the billing type is selected.
14576 – Fixed Premium Rates with Decimal Unit Values
When using a premium rate with a decimal unit value under zero, the premium calculation would not be able to complete. This has been corrected to allow for decimals under zero as a unit amount for the premium rate.
14705 – Adjusted Suspended and Closed Accounts from Processing New Bonds
When using an existing account that has been suspended or closed, bond application will refer and not be able to process until the account is reopened. When the account is closed, users will not have the ability to begin a bond application from that account. Bond applications from suspended account are allowed but will be referred and unable to approve until the account is reopened.
14715 – Fixed Bond Import Company FEIN Field
The Bond Import web service did not allow for a nine-digit FEIN number including a hyphen (-). This has been corrected to allow the hyphen and nine numerical digits.
14716 – Corrected Bond Import ETL if Process Fails
If the Bond Import ETL were to fail, the temporary Id’s for the records would not be rolled back. This has been corrected to have these rolled back.
14764 –Corrected Applicant Selection for Additional Bond Applications with Multiple People or Companies as Applicants from the Same Account
When applying for an additional bond from an existing account with two persons or companies, the second person or company is selected as the applicant, and the new bond application refers, the first person or company would be reset to be the bond applicant. This has been corrected to allow the selected entity to be the applicant to remain as such throughout the bond application process.
14765 – Fixed Bond Import NewBondApplication Bond Action to be Quoted
When using the NewBondApplication designation as the bond action in the Bond Import web service, no actions would be available on the imported bond. This has been adjusted to designate the bond as a quoted new bond application.
14983 – Corrected Question Rules from being Removed by Question Removal on Separate Application
When removing a question from an application, and the same question was used as a question rule on other application, these rules would be removed from all applications rather than just the application the question being removed is from. This has been corrected to only remove a question rule from an application if the question from that same application is being removed as well, and all other rules from the same question but on other application will remain.
