11393 – Enabled Credit Pull Authorization Message to Contain HTML Markup for Linking System File Documents
HTML markup can now be added to the credit pull authorization message box to link a PDF uploaded to the System Files. These are located at: All>Reference Tables>Templates>System Tables. Please contact eSURETY™ Support for assistance in implementing this feature.
13026 – Adjustment to Expire Date for Date of Birth and As Entered on Application
The Expire Date, when configured to the applicant’s Date of Birth or As Entered on Application, has been modified to only enter the month and day for the expiration. This configuration setup is located at: All>Maintain Bond>Configure>Term Tab>Expiry Type>Specified.
Previously this field would also include a year in the entry but did not set the year of the expiration. Only the month and day would be considered from the field.
13027 – Remove Quoting for Contract Bonds
A new setting has been added to allow for contract bonds to not require the purchasing of a quote. If using this setting, all auto-approved and manually-approved contract bonds complete the purchase action on the bond automatically. This also applies to bid bond conversions to a final bond.
If applicable, any auto-approved and manually-approved renewal on contract bonds also complete the purchase action automatically.
The setting is located at: All>Setup>Settings>Payment>DisableContractQuotes. To activate this feature, enter ‘True’ in the Value column for the setting. Ensure to save and clear cache after any setting adjustments.
13081 – System Offline Message
A new message page has been added for when a site is to be taken offline for maintenance by eSURETY™. This will allow the system to be inaccessible to users outside a set of IP addresses until work has been completed on the system. Please contact eSURETY™ Support for implementing this feature if needed. This feature will only be used with a written agreement between the client and eSURETY™.

10348 – Adjusted Aggregate LOC Limits to Allow PBR Actions to Pass
The aggregate LOC limit for accounts did not allow Premium Bearing Riders (PBR) to complete if the new penalty amount for the bond in addition to the existing amount would exceed the aggregate LOC limit. This has been adjusted to allow the PBR to complete if the new penalty amount does not exceed the LOC limit.
11819 – Fixed Bond Page when Opened in a New Tab
When a bond is opened into a new tab within the same browser, the bond menu options for attachments, diary notes, Help Articles, and the user profile would not load properly. This has been corrected to allow for these areas to be used in the new tab.
12329 – Corrected Report.PremiumValues Table on Reporting Data
The Report.PremiumValues table in the reporting database includes the difference values from a previous bond transaction to the next. These values were populating only with the new value for the field. This has been corrected to have the value difference from one transaction to the next.
