Features
6989 – Global Bond Numbering System
A new bond numbering system has been added to set bond numbers across the e-SURETY™ application regardless of the carrier bond numbers. This can be enabled by the ‘UseGlobalBondNumbers’ setting, located at: All>Setup>Settings>SystemDefault. Enter ‘True’ in the value column for the setting to enable the global bond numbering system. Enter ‘False’ in the value column for the setting to disable the feature. The setting will be delivered to clients set to ‘False’. If disabled, the bond numbering will be determined by the carrier bond numbers.
The global bond numbering will be determined in bond number blocks entering the Last Number Used, the Maximum Number to Issue, Prefix, and Suffix. Additional bond number blocks may be added to continue after the last number is used from the previous block. The global bond number blocks are configured at: All>System Tables>Carriers>Setup Global Bond Numbers.
7551 – Created New Renewal Purchase Email Trigger
A new email trigger has been added for the Purchase Quote for Renewal action.
7766 – Localization of Agency e-SURETY™ Store Setup Fields
Three field titles have been localized for clients to rename these to best fit their business needs. If these need to be changed, please contact e-SURETY™ Support for assistance in modifying these. These are located at: All>System Tables>Agencies>Edit.
7781 – Reports Added to e-SURETY™ Support Users
Due to security requirements, e-SURETY™ Support users on client sites were limited to not view reports. Since all credit data has been removed from the reports and the report server, the Reports area of e-SURETY™ has now been restored for e-SURETY™ Support users.
Fixes
7535 – Removed Inactive Bond Configurations from Agency Bond Assignment Page, and Inactive Agencies from Bond Agency Assignment Page
After inactivating an agency, the record would remain on the ‘Assign Agencies’ page for Maintain Bond. Likewise, after inactivating a bond configuration, the record would remain on the ‘Assign Bonds’ pages for agencies. Both issues have been corrected to exclude the inactive records.
7767 – Fixed Issue with Expiring Bond with Referred Renewals
When a bond had a referred renewal application, but was subsequently expired by the ExpirePromote background job; the bond information was displaying incorrectly, using the information from the referred renewal, such as effective date, expiration date, etc. This has been corrected to maintain the bond’s information after the expiration regardless of a renewal on the bond having been referred or quoted.
