  • 5205 – Added the Reinstate and Reinstate After Cancel Bond Actions to the Email Triggers

    • New email triggers have been added for the Reinstate and Reinstate After Cancel actions. The Reinstate action is available for bonds that have already had the Initiate Cancellation or the Non-Renew actions performed on them. The Reinstate After Cancel action is available for bonds that have already had the Cancel Bond or Flat Cancel actions performed on them.

  • 6148 – Added the Decline Quote and Decline Renewal Quote Bond Actions to the Email Triggers

    • New email triggers have been added for the Decline Quote and Decline Renewal Quote actions. The Decline Quote action is available once a quote has been produced for a new bond application. The Decline Renewal Quote action is available once a quote has been produced for a renewal application.

  • 6698 – Modified the Bond Family Dropdown for Maintain Bond and Buy a Bond

    • The Bond Family dropdown when searching for a bond configuration had previously defaulted to the “Select Bond Family” option. This has been modified to remove the “Select Bond Family” option and to sort the dropdown items alphabetically. If the client is licensed with only one e-SURETY™ module (Commercial or Contract), then the corresponding selection will be automatic and the subsequent State dropdown will be enabled immediately.

  • 6856 – Added the InTestMode Column to the Reporting Database on the BondTypes Table

    • A new column called ‘InTestMode’ has been added to the BondTypes table to subsequently be used in reports, indicating if bond configurations are set in Test Mode.

      • NOTE: Recent changes to bond configurations will not be reflected in the reports until the ETL background job has been run.

Fixes

  • 4714 – Fixed the Mailing Address for an Obligee from being Required when Editing an Obligee

    • The Mailing Address field for obligees was designed as a secondary address for obligees and hence not a required field. When creating a new obligee, this was functioning correctly; but when an obligee was edited, the mailing address was then being required. This has been corrected to allow the mailing address to not be populated, regardless of creating or editing the obligee.

  • 6761 – Fixed the Effective Date Designation for Renewals for Bonds with Overridden Expiration Dates when Automatically Renewed with the AutoRenewals Background Job

    • The effective date for automatic renewals was being set to begin immediately after the original expiration date of the bond, regardless of any changes overriding the original expiration date of the bond via rider. This has been corrected to ensure renewal effective dates begin immediately after the bond’s current expiration date, regardless of previous changes to the bond.

      • NOTE: This error has not been occurring for manually renewed bonds.

  • 6996 – Corrected the Designation of the Responsible Underwriter for e-SURETY™ Store Bond Applications

    • With bond applications from the e-SURETY™ Store, the responsible underwriter was not being assigned from the beginning of the application. This has been corrected to assign the responsible underwriter from the beginning of the application using the same criteria used to select it as for agents submitting the bond application.

      • NOTE: The default responsible underwriter selected for bond applications submitted on the e-SURETY™ Store and by agents is selected from CSR or Admin users with an authority level greater than 0 for the corresponding module, has at least one branch assigned to the user (if the user is branch restricted, it must be assigned to the branch for the agency being used), and is the first available user sorted alphabetically by last name.

  • 7009 – Fixed the Decline Quote for Renewal Action

    • The Decline Quote for Renewal action was not functioning properly. This action has been fixed, and it completes the declination of the quote, removing the renewal application from the bond.
