      • PBR Approved – This action is only for referred PBR applications that have been subsequently approved by underwriters.

      • PBR Auto-Approved – This action is for PBR applications that pass all automated underwriting rules and take effect without need for review by underwriting.

      • PBR Referred – This action is for PBR applications that do not pass auto-approval underwriting rules, and subsequent action is needed by an underwriter.

      • PBR Rejected – The action is for PBR applications that are rejected by the underwriting rules or manually rejected by an underwriter after a referral.

Fixes

  • 5525 – Refactored the Search Queues to Increase Performance and Improve Content

    • The Pending Bonds, Pending Quotes, and Pending Renewals queues were affected by this item. The queues have been refactored to increase loading performance. For the content improvements, the queues now exclude records that have been completed. Note: keep in mind that records in the queues may have completed bonds, but pending subsequent actions such as quoted Renewals, referred Premium Bearing Riders, etc.

  • 6697 – Fixed the Change Account Action to Transfer Renewals to the New Account

    • Previously if a bond with a renewal (referred, quoted, or purchased) was changed to a different account, the renewal would remain assigned to the previous account. Once the renewal was promoted to an active bond, it would remain on the previous account. The change account action for a bond has been fixed to include any renewal in the transfer to the new account. Once the renewal is promoted, it will remain assigned to the new account.

  • 6808 – Corrected Error when Email Template is to be Sent to the Responsible Underwriter, but no Responsible Underwriter is Assigned (e-SURETY™ Store Only)

    • When applying for a bond on the e-SURETY™ Store, no responsible underwriter is assigned immediately. If an email template was configured to be sent to the responsible underwriter, the bond application would error, due to not having a responsible underwriter to send the email to. This has been corrected to ensure the bond application workflow continues.
